What is your turn around time

All in-stock / retail fabrics will be shipped within 2 working days of receiving your order, with the exception of pre-orders. 

Pre-orders will be shipped once we receive our shipment into our warehouse. Please allow roughly 6-8 weeks from pre-order end date. 

Please be aware these timeframes are a GUIDE ONLY 

How do Pre-orders work?

Pre-Orders will be released on the first Tuesday of every month for one week, usually at 5pm QLD time. 

Please allow roughly 6-8 weeks for dispatch from the pre-order close date.. This timeframe takes into account printing/production timeframe, shipping from our suppliers , order processing, cutting and postage. 

*During Peak / seasonal times or Covid, these timeframes may increase 

I am seeing the following message while trying to place a pre-order

"Please select your options before adding this item to cart"

To place an order for a digital pre-order, please be sure to tick the Pre-Order Confirmation box located just above Add to Cart.  This will allow you to add your selection to your shopping cart.

Will my fabric arrive in 1 continuous piece ?

Yes! If you purchase 2 or more meters of fabric, we will do our best to send it to you continuously. If this is not possible we will let you know.

Do you have offer wholesale?

Yes - wholesale pricing is available for purchases over 30 meters in one order.  The 30 meters does not have to be all one fabric, it can be a mix. Please email us at hello@minkee.com.au with your wholesale enquiry and we can tailor a wholesale offer for you.

What is your refund policy?

We do not refund for change of mind 

We take extra care in ensuring your order is correct and you receive it in perfect condition however, at times this may not be the case. Please let us know if there is a fault with your fabric along with a photo and email it to hello@minkee.com.au

All faults must be reported within 7 days and prior to washing the fabric.

If a fault is confirmed, we will either provide you with a replacement, store credit or refund.

Should I wash my fabric?

Yes you should always wash your fabric to remove any residue from the production process

I am not sure which fabric I need for my project?

This information can be found on the home page of our website

I am moving soon but I’m unsure as to when my order will arrive, what should I do?

If you are moving and worried your order may arrive after you’ve vacated your premises, its best to place your order with either a friend or relatives address or even your work place. 

Minkee Minky Fabrics is not responsible for updating any address details before shipping however, we will try and assist if we can.

Once your order has left our premises though, we are unable to assist. Please ensure all your details are correct prior to finalising your order. 

Are you online only or can I visit the warehouse?

We are predominately an on-line business however pick up is available (located in Warner QLD) by appointment only.
